Matter of Fact

The band's purpose of their upcoming debut release is to demonstrate their ability to comfortably transition between any "genres" of music they desire to play. Everything from Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Southern Rock, Indie and Alternative music all have an ambiguous way of influencing the sounds of the songs on this album. Each band member has their own very eclectic tastes in music, and when you bring them together just about anything can happen. Because of this, Matter of Fact's unique sound is somewhat difficult to define, and people of all ages and lifestyles can relate to their music,

Matter of Fact is Bryan Olson, Josh Loftis, Ryan Winters, Jon Norcom, and Tim Ferguson. The band started as high school buddies and has blossomed into a fully-professional music making career. The music they create is incredibly diverse and flexible. They are honest North Carolina guys and they absolutely love what they do. They manage to write music that is just as real as each of them, and they always know how to have fun.

Be on the lookout for upcoming news, videos, and of course, the release of this long-awaited album.

Change is always just around the bend...
